I love Me-time. Whenever i get a chance, its so awesome. Me-time is one of those things you can’t plan really. At the moment, it strikes me when I get ready for bed. I’m totally zoned in with my music playing the back and I focus on scrubbing away the events of the day and re-examine what I did, what I wanted to do, what I should I do. Reflection time if you must. i should look into drinking some chamolie tea before bed. Might help me with sleeping 🙂
